The Lord Surrounds His People.

A Song of Ascents.

1 Those who trust in the Lord
Are like Mount Zion, which acannot be moved but bremains forever.
2 As the mountains surround Jerusalem,
So cthe Lord surrounds His people
dFrom this time and forever.
3 For the escepter of wickedness will not rest upon the ▼

land of the righteous,
So that the righteous gwill not extend their hands to do wrong.

4 hDo good, Lord, to those who are good
And to those who are iupright in their hearts.
5 But as for those who jturn aside to their kcrooked ways,
The Lord will lead them away with those who lpractice injustice.
